Education is a Long Term Investment

Long Term Impact is a edtech pre-seed investment fund for founders who are committed to building long-term sustainable businesses that create a more equitable PreK-12 school system.

Our true north is impact

We believe that high impact doesn’t necessarily mean fast growth. We can be fully supportive of founders, their mission, and the pace they want to grow their companies. This is because we are under no outside pressure to gain a financial return on investment, as we have no Limited Partners.

Our approach is different

We take a different approach to investing. We invest in founding teams that are being overlooked by venture capital. We have developed a revenue-based financing instrument that aims to provide entrepreneurs with maximum flexibility on how they want to grow their company so that they can maintain a strong focus on impact and financial sustainability.

We engage as founders, not investors

We don’t have all the answers, but we’ve all been on the K-12 edtech founder journey and will share everything we know and have learned – usually the hard way.
